By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Big Duck Games LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Duck Games LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
