These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of routegamehub.com and the games available on it (collectively, the "Service"), operated by RouteGameHub ("RouteGameHub," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. See our Responsible Play page for additional guidance.

2. No Cost, No Wagering

All games on the Service are provided free of charge for entertainment and skill-development purposes. The Service does not involve real-money wagering, does not award cash or cash-equivalent prizes, and no purchase is necessary to play. Any scores, levels, or achievements have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the games on the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying code or assets
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any game, except where permitted by law
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including games, graphics, code, text, and the RouteGameHub name and logo, is owned by RouteGameHub or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written consent.

5. User Conduct

If the Service offers any interactive or submission features (such as our Contact form), you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others, and not to submit false or misleading information.

6. Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Service may display advertising, including through third-party ad networks such as Microsoft Advertising, and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers found on the Service are solely between you and the advertiser.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RouteGameHub AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RouteGameHub from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
